Central Cleaning System (CSM) is an installation which enables foam cleaning, disinfection and rinsing of all manufacturing areas. It is a complex solution to provide hygiene of manufacturing area in your plant.

The system design starts with individual arrangement project of devices and water and compressed air installation tailored to client’s specific needs and in accordance with recommendations of the system manufacturer.
Our service guarantees optimization of the cleaning process in the plant as well as free guarantee and post-guarantee service of our devices as long as the customer uses chemical agents manufactured by Sanechem. Our consultants and representatives are there to offer you their help or necessary information any time and place you need it.

The installation comprises of central unit (phot. 1) in acid-proof steel housing on rack or stand as well as a set of stationary terminals (phot. 2, 3, 4 and 5) arranged in chosen spots in the manufacturing plant or mobile (phot. 6), combined with water supply and compressed air pipelines. Central unit is designed to cooperate with network of 2 to 12 satellite terminals.

CENTRAL UNIT

Сentral unit comprises of centrifugal rotary pump which heightens water pressure. Water is then used for rinsing and reinforcing the satellites that generate foam from our recommended cleaning and disinfection agents. Foam is generated by mixing water, cleaning agent and air in a single injector system built-up to satellite station. The satellite is supplied with air from compressed air installation placed in your plant.

Due to the size and dispersion level of cleaning area different types of central units are to be used.

TERMINALS

Stationary and mobile terminals are available in the following versions:

• TS 1/0, TM 1/0 and Blizzard 1/0
  without additional disinfection option
• TS 1/1, TM 1/1 and Blizzard 1/1
  with additional disinfection option

Each stationary terminal enables cleaning and disinfection process within about 25 m area. The use of mobile terminal (phot. 6) provides almost two times wider cleaning range. Mobile terminals are highly recommended for cleaning of highly dispersed and huge areas which do not require daily cleaning.

FIXTURE

Central Cleaning System is designed in such way that its method of use is as easy as can be and now possible directly in your workplace. Opening the lance's valve (phot. 7) of any satellite in the network turns on central unit's pump. Terminal is operated by means of three-way valve.

Satellite station is installed along with working tips which are pressure hoses (phot. 9), interchangeable lances (phot. 8) as well as canister rack (phot. 10 and 11).

Hoses are placed on special racks (phot. 12), optionally on automatic hose retractors (phot. 13 and 14) that prolongs hose's life as well as enable keeping a workplace well arranged.
